Ah Ha Moment…Steps to end Procrastination!

Sometimes it is just too easy to procrastinate! Having the courage to start getting things you want and need done! Take it from me…I was an expert procrastinator! Fortunately, I was encouraged by others and finally found steps to help my brain get into gear. Small steps make a BIG difference! I did not invent the following but was inspired to give it a try ~ author Elena Mikhalkova.

  1. Move forward in small steps.

  2. Do what you have to do, but little by little.

  3. Don’t think about the future or what will happen tomorrow.

  4. Wash the dishes.

  5. Remove the dust.

  6. Organize a drawer.

  7. Write in your journal or do some form of art.

  8. Step toward your goal.

    See…you are advancing step by step!

  9. Take another step and stop.

  10. Rest a little.

  11. Praise yourself.

  12. Take another step.

  13. Then another.

    You won’t notice, but your steps will grow more and more. Procrastination will become less and less. And a time will come when you will be energized to continue forward with ease.
